To advise on the various types and format of documentation to be prepared by the Applicant
To assist in checking all documents prepared for completeness.
To prepare all required MM2H Application Forms on your behalf of the Applicant.
To issue a Letter of Guarantee (as a Registered MM2H Agent) to MM2H Centre to ensure compliance of Applicant's stay in Malaysia
To liaise closely with MM2H Centre on further queries or requests for additional information
To report progress status of MM2H application to the Applicant periodically
To receive the Conditional Letter of Approval on behalf of the Applicant upon issuance
To assist the Applicant in accommodation and transport arrangements in Malaysia
To assist the Applicant in opening bank accounts (including Fixed Deposit Account) in a Malaysian Bank
To assist the Applicant in having a Medical Examination done in a Malaysian Hospital or clinic and collect the Medical Report
To assist the Applicant in choosing a Malaysian Insurance Company and purchasing a Medical Insurance Policy
To represent the Applicant to the Ministry of Tourism in Putrajaya to submit the Fixed Deposit/Medical Report/Medical Insurance Policy Certificates and to obtain the MM2H Social Visit Pass
To advise and assist the Applicant on property purchase
To advise and assist the Applicant on car purchase
To advise and assist the Applicant in choosing and enrolling his/her children in private schools or institutions of learning in Malaysia
To advise and assist the Applicant on options in seeking legal and medical assistance during the initial period of his/her stay in Malaysia
