• Letter of Intent by The Principal
• Cover Letter by MM2H registered agent (if applicable)
• Original & Copy Of Applicant's Passport
• Form IMM. 55 (1 Copy)
• Form IMM. 38 (1 Copy, If Applicable) – for visa requirement country
• Current Proof Of the latest 3 Months Government Pension Income RM10,000 And Above
• Confirmation letter from the government for pensioner
• Original & Copy of current statement account
• Original of confirmation letter from bank
• Original & Copy of Conditional Approval Letter
• Original & Copy of Health Insurance (for below 60 years old)
• Original Medical Report (MF II Form) (Available at MM2H Immigration Unit)

Remarks:-

The Applicant/MM2H registered agent must be present in person at the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

The processing time is fourteen (30) working days.
