WHAT IS

MALAYSIA MY SECOND HOME ?

Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Program by the Malaysian Government extends a big welcome to qualified foreign nationals and families who wish to live, retire, or spend extended periods of time in Malaysia.

The MM2H Program currently offers 4 Categories of Participation, that is, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and SEZ/SFZ, each of which has a different visa duration, financial requirements, and program benefits.

All Seasons (MM2H) Sdn Bhd, a licensed MM2H agent registered with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC), provides one-stop MM2H services and solutions, and comprehensive assistance in your relocation to and settling in Malaysia as Your Second Home.

    Search Search

    Pre-Submission Stage

    1. Provide full briefing on the MM2H Program and application requirements.
    2. Advise on the types and formats of documents required for the application.
    3. Assist in reviewing all prepared documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

    Submission of MM2H Application

    1. Prepare all required MM2H application forms on applicant’s behalf.
    2. Issue a Letter of Guarantee to MM2H Centre.
    3. Liaise with MM2H Centre regarding queries and additional documentation.
    4. Provide regular updates on the application progress.
    5. Collect the Letter of Approval (Conditional) on applicant’s behalf.

    Upon the Applicant’s Arrival in Malaysia

    1. Assist with accommodation and transportation arrangements.
    2. Assist in opening Fixed Deposit (FD) account.
    3. Arrange medical checkup and assist in purchasing health insurance policy.
    4. Submit medical report, deposit and insurance certificate to MM2H Centre.
    5. Arrange the passports of applicant and dependents for the stamping of MM2H Social Visit Pass (Multiple-Entry Visa).

    Consultation & Additional Services

    1. Advise and assist with residential property purchase.
    2. Advise and assist with vehicle purchase and driving license conversion.
    3. Assist with children’s school selection and enrolment.
    4. Provide guidance on any legal and medical services support during the initial stay in Malaysia.
